On 2nd of April 2024 Umeed Foundation inaugurated one more learning resource centre at Sonagachi (Sovabazar) in a coaching centre run by Amra Padatik. Approximately 43 children of Sex Workers aged from 4 to10 years are getting lessons from this center. Umeed Foundation provided an iron shelf filled story books, Atlas, Dictionary & Educational play materials to the children to reaching the unreached. Satabdi Saha, the Secretary of Amra Padatik expressed her gratitude to the Trustees of Umeed Foundation for this great support. She extended her thanks to team Umeed for coming to this place & set up the learning resource centre. Together, we're fostering hope and progress in these young mind's academic journey.
